• Help with grooming, shaving, and oral hygiene to support dignity and wellbeing 
• Sensitive assistance with toileting and continence care 
• Safe mobility support, including help moving around the home 
• Skin care, nail care, and application of creams as required 
• Support with establishing calm and consistent morning and bedtime routines 

All care is delivered one-to-one, respecting privacy, choice, and individual dignity at every step.
