We work with highly specialist care professionals including; occupational therapists, in-house social workers, mental health nurses, respite carers, therapeutic support workers, key workers, family support workers, youth workers and child carers to give quality and personalised care through the community.
We work in partnership with local authorities, NHS, private and local organization to ensure that we give you quality care that is safe, caring, responsive, effective and in line with CQC guidance and requirements.
