Golden Aura Care provides family time services for children who are looked after by the local authority to have safe contact with their parents and wider family. We offer supervised contact services that ensure a secure, nurturing, and child-friendly setting, facilitating positive interactions between children, their parents, siblings, and extended family members. We facilitate direct sessions between children and their birth family in a safe and child friendly environment.
We operate throughout Berkshire and remain open to referrals from other out of county local authorities. Our support extends to local authorities and children's services in Reading, Slough, West Berkshire, and Bracknell.
Our supervised contact sessions provide a safe environment for children from separated families to have contact with their parents or other important people in their lives.
Our team of dedicated social care workers have the welfare of children and families at the heart of all they do. They undergo consistent training and supervision, stemming from diverse professional backgrounds in social care, which allows us to pair the worker with the family's specific needs consistently.
Our team is highly trained in all relevant areas, including child protection, observation skills, family support and record keeping.

Welfare reports will be written and shared with the social worker by the next working day. Our staff will ensure they notify Out of Hours in case of emergencies and significant safeguarding concern
We can provide transportation. All children and young people will be safely transported to and from the Family Time visit. Coordination with the foster carer and social worker will ensure that a staff member is accompanying the child.
